Flores Hills Orthodontics is absolutely wonderful! I love the staff—they are so friendly, caring, understanding, and welcoming. We walked in and waited less than five minutes, which was amazing. Everyone was incredibly nice, from the front desk staff to the doctor and the billing department. They took the time to explain every little detail and made sure we understood everything, which I really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience! I highly recommend Flores Hills Orthodontics to anyone looking for excellent care and a friendly, professional staff. I would definitely come back!

I was a patient at Forest Hills Orthodontics for 2 1/2 years, and I have no complaints whatsoever. The staff is very kind and they do an amazing job with my teeth every time. My teeth came out great and I am very satisfied. The space is very nice and clean and the staff is very friendly.

Today was my first day and the experience was amazing from start to end. Love the doctor he was calm and patient and sweet. The assistant was amazing and very gentle. I can’t wait for my results

I used to think this was a five-star practice because of the quality of care I experienced in the past. Unfortunately, my opinion has changed. Lately, my interactions have been disappointing. I understand that policies need to be followed and that every business has procedures, but the way concerns are communicated to people matters. A little compassion, professionalism, and understanding can make a difficult situation much easier. Customer service is just as important as the services being provided. I hope the practice takes the time to improve how it communicates with people and remembers that everyone may be dealing with challenges that aren't immediately visible. I genuinely hope this feedback helps because I know this practice is capable of providing a much better experience.

The staff is very kind since my first appointment. The receptionist always makes sure I can be able to come to my appointments according to my schedule and she is very kind with any inconveniences. Analese was incredibly nice and one of the kindest people I’ve met. She has an amazing personality and was beyond helpful during my appointment.
